How are Darkhat Miniatures busts and figures created?
Our busts and figures are original models entirely hand-sculpted in polymer clay. We create our own molds using high-precision silicone that captures every detail down to the micron. Casts are made with high-quality resin. Thanks to the combined use of a vacuum chamber and a pressure pot, we achieve perfectly crisp pieces that faithfully reproduce even the finest details.
Are the models exclusive editions?
Yes. All of our busts and miniatures are exclusive editions, available only here on the official website of our creative studio, Darkhat Miniatures (and temporarily still available on our Etsy page).
When will I receive my order?
Each cast is made especially for you after your order. Every piece is then poured, prepared, and checked in our studio, ensuring a unique miniature crafted with the utmost care. Orders are processed and shipped within a 21 days. Delivery times are generally 48 hours but may be longer for international shipments.
How will my figure be delivered?
All figures are shipped unpainted and unassembled, with some models consisting of several parts that require simple assembly. Each piece is carefully packed and protected to ensure it reaches you safely, preserving every detail of the sculpt.
What does “pre-order” mean for a bust or miniature?
When a bust or miniature is marked as a “pre-order,” it means that the mold creation process required for reproduction has not yet been completed. Your order helps fund the production and preparation of the new model. Unlike a crowdfunding campaign, your pre-order guarantees that you will receive your copy of the model. Additional preparation times may, however, apply and will be communicated to you accordingly.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can securely pay for your order using a credit/debit card or PayPal.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination zone.
